Order confirmation
A submitted request is not final acceptance. Availability, price, delivery estimate and payment instructions are confirmed before processing.
Customer responsibility
Provide accurate public account identifiers and region details. Never send passwords, OTP codes, 2FA secrets or recovery keys.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by provider availability, payment confirmation and account eligibility.
Acceptable use
Orders involving fraud, unauthorized access, stolen accounts or unlawful activity are refused.
Disputes
Contact official support with the order code and relevant evidence so the transaction can be reviewed.
