Data we collect
We collect order details, contact information, service selections, payment references supplied for verification, and limited security logs. We never request account passwords, OTP codes, 2FA codes or recovery keys.
Why we use it
Information is used to create, process, track and support orders, prevent abuse, secure administration, and meet record-keeping duties.
Monitoring
Performance measurements use page paths and technical timings only. Form contents, passwords and payment credentials are excluded.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only as long as operational, dispute and legal needs require. Contact official support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Processors
Cloudflare may process hosting, security, D1 and R2 data. Telegram or WhatsApp receive only information necessary for support when those channels are used.
